First meeting
We discuss your business, audience, goals, required pages and features, preferred style, budget, and target date. You can bring questions and examples of websites you like.

Web Developer
Please wait while the portfolio gets ready for you.
A good project starts with a conversation. We’ll understand what you need, agree on the work, and move through each step with clear expectations.
We agree on the work before it begins, keep communication open, and check the finished experience together.
We discuss your business, audience, goals, required pages and features, preferred style, budget, and target date. You can bring questions and examples of websites you like.
After the conversation, I prepare a clear outline of the agreed work, expected deliverables, project fee, and a practical timeline for you to review.
When you approve the scope, the first 50% payment is due before work begins. This confirms the project and lets me schedule the work.
I build the website around the approved plan, share progress along the way, and collect your feedback at the agreed review points.
We review the finished pages and check the key experience on desktop and mobile, including navigation, forms, and the agreed features.
Once the agreed work is complete, the remaining 50% payment is due. I then complete the agreed launch and handover steps.
The total project fee is shared in the written estimate before you approve the project. The payment plan is split into two clear milestones.
Paid after you approve the written scope and estimate. This confirms the project start.
Paid when the agreed website work is finished, before the final handover and launch steps.
Every project starts with the essentials. You can add a deeper SEO plan if your goals call for it, and get help understanding the website after launch.
Every website project includes a basic SEO foundation at no extra setup fee: search-friendly page titles and descriptions for agreed pages, a clear heading structure, descriptive image text where relevant, and a check of indexability, sitemap and mobile readiness.
For a deeper search strategy, add keyword research, competitor review, content recommendations, structured data, Search Console and analytics setup, and a technical SEO review. The deliverables and fee are agreed in writing before this work starts. SEO work cannot guarantee a specific Google ranking.
Get ongoing guidance and answers to questions about using the website I built, even after handover. New features, redesigns, ongoing maintenance or SEO campaigns, hosting, domains and paid third-party services are scoped and quoted separately.
You don’t need every detail figured out. A little context helps us use the meeting well.
Send a short message and we can arrange a first meeting to understand the project.
